Some more pictures from the Occupy Wall St. march yesterday. It seemed to me that very few people were interested in the ‘bigger picture’ and how things tie together, most people where there to support their own ‘micro issue’. Perhaps this is a sympton of the fracturing of culture we are experiencing in the internet age but it leaves the movement lacking cohesion. But perhaps on the other hand the lack of a figurehead makes it hard for the right wing media to find scrapegoats which is a good thing. So maybe just getting people involved is enough for now, it is certainly better than where we where a month ago. I think peoples sense of helplessness in global banking crisis is eventually going to bring about some kind of change.
