I have been on a 45 minute run as part of my desperate bid to not get any fatter and perhaps loose some weight, but I am acutely aware that men of my age are prone to heart attacks if they over exercise so with this in mind I’m trying to build it up slowly. Now that I’m about a month into the programme I am actually quite enjoying it and am even considering getting one of those sports watch wrist band things. Why I am telling you this I have no idea so ok enough, it is sunny out there so I’m off out on my bike, I may cycle to Brooklyn today to look at art which makes me feel very happy, but if all I do is cycle around listening to Four Tet that will do just fine. New work starts tomorrow…
