Laser Games From Alien Spacecraft
A laser from an Alien spacecraft is clearly visable on the right of the frame. These images were made last weekend during the enlarged moon, a time when extra terrestrials like to visit earth and try out new space hardware in children’s playgrounds as they know the children will be responsive to the quests set and will not ask awkward questions. Adult participation is out of the question due to reasons of health and safety and insurance,
This is so good, I saw in it in the playground yesterday afternoon, oh the joy of camera phones, there so you ever miss a chance to record things you see in passing.
The Promise Of More Good Things
It was my intention to use this blog to think out loud, it put some of my ideas about art out there into the world. By nature I am somewhat of a recluse so the internet will hopefully give me a chance to get beyond my everyday world. I understand it is an anomaly to be a photographer of the ‘real world’ and be a recluse at the same time. Yes I travel quite a lot and I love to explore new places, but what I mean is that I do this in a quiet way, I don’t intrude. My presence is kept to a minimum in a physical way, while mentally I like to embed myself. When I return home I disappear into the studio and paint while playing records and listening to sport on the radio. It is a life alone in many respects but somehow I hope that it does not continue as such. But I have no idea what the future holds for me right now,I hope it will exciting and full of the promise of more good things.
Terry Painter
This is a page from the graphic novel’ Terry Painter” a work I made with Miguel Calderon in 2003. The story follows the life of a New York art star during during the hype period of the last decade. I’d like to get it reprinted for many reasons but the main one being it just deserves to be seen by more people. I will try to post more pages in the coming weeks.
